Armaghan Nasim, DVM

Dr. Armaghan (Army) Nasim grew up in New York City but has lived across the country.  She completed undergraduate studies at Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Biological Sciences (Animal Physiology and Behavior).  She completed her DVM degree as well as a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in infectious diseases at Virginia Tech in 2020.  

Most recently, she was working as a relief veterinarian, covering shifts in clinics across the Philadelphia metro area and New Jersey. She has been performing surgery here once per week for the past year and a half before joining us full-time this year.  

Dr Nasim’s veterinary interests include infectious diseases, veterinary public health, and surgery.  In her free time, she  enjoys traveling, live music, cooking, reading, and spending time with her two cats, Fenrir and Hela.
