Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policies
At The Animals' Hospital of Levittown, our goal is to provide timely care to all our patients and to allow other patients to have access to the appointment in the event of a cancellation. We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment.
If you must cancel your appointment, please call or email at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. In the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation, the following fees will be applied and must be paid prior to your next appointment:
- $40 for missed doctor appointments
- $20 for missed technician appointments

New Client & Surgery Deposits
New Client Deposits: New Client deposits are required at the time of scheduling. The deposit fee is $35.00, which will go towards their first visit.
Surgery Deposits: We require surgery deposits at the time of scheduling which is 50% of the low end of the treatment plan (non-refundable but under certain circumstances there will be exceptions)
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.
