Rachel Palis, DVM

Dr. Rachel Palis grew up in Rochester, NY and currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. She received an undergraduate degree from Arcadia University in 2010 and earned a DVM degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.

Prior to joining The Animals’ Hospital of Levittown team, Dr. Palis practiced at Town and Country Vet Clinic in Potsdam, NY. Her veterinary interests include surgery, behavior, and exotics.

Dr. Palis's favorite hobbies include reading, hiking and running with her dogs, paddle boarding, photography, SCUBA and traveling to new places. She also has five wonderful rescue animals, two dogs named Diego (from St. Kitts) and Harlo (from Louisiana), and three cats named Feisty (the queen B), Rowdy (the three-legged cuddly wonder) and Shitten aka “the floof” (name is self-explanatory).

Dr. Palis is excited to join the awesome team at AHL and get to know her clients and all of their wonderful pets.
